What Health ICU does

Health ICU offers calculators in six areas. Pick a calculator, enter your values and see the result straight away, with the method and its sources underneath. There is no account to create.

Weight & Body: BMI, healthy weight, body fat and body measurements.
Calories & Nutrition: daily calories, metabolism, macros, protein and water.
Fitness: calories burned, running pace, heart rate and strength.
Women's Health: periods, ovulation, conception and pregnancy.
Sleep: bedtimes, wake-up times and sleep debt.
Health Converters: blood glucose, cholesterol and temperature units.

Features

Free to use, with no sign-up. The site may show advertising if you allow it in your cookie settings.
Runs in your browser: every calculator works on your device, and the list below shows how each one works.
Related calculators so you can go from one question to the next, for example from daily calories to macros.

How your entries are handled

Calculators can work in one of two ways: in your browser, where your device does the work and nothing you enter is sent, or on a server, where your entries would be sent to produce the result.

Every calculator works in your browser. The values you type are used on your device to work out the result and are not sent to Health ICU, so we cannot see or keep them. They are cleared when you leave or reload the page.

There are a few related network requests, listed below: pages and their code are downloaded from this website, the optional analytics and advertising features load third-party scripts only after you consent, and the contact form sends what you type to Health ICU.
